Dr. Henry Lew completed his PM&R residency training and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. He served as Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University, Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School, and currently holds two Professor appointments, one at the University of Hawaii School of Medicine (Dept. of Communicative Sciences and Disorders), as well as Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine (Dept. of PM&R). Dr. Lew has been awarded multiple federal and state grants to study the diagnosis and rehabilitation of brain injury, with emphasis on promoting evidence-based clinical practice. He has published more than 120 scientific articles, 10 book chapters, and authored 3textbooks (Electromyography, Polytrauma Rehabilitation, and Braddom’s textbook of PM&R). He is currently Chair of the Education Committee for the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM)
呂綸医生1994年于美国休斯顿Baylor College of Medicine取得医学博士学位后,在西雅图华盛顿大学接受康复医学专科训练。接著历任史丹佛大学助理教授、哈佛大学康复科副教授, 美国政府临床研究顾问等领导要职。现任夏威夷大学医学院终生特聘教授(Tenured Professor), and Virginia Commonwealth 医学院康复科教授, 是脑神经损伤康复和语言听力康复的权威专家。发表多达120篇以上的康复医学论文, 10 多章康复医学教材书,还曾负责4本康复医学教科书的撰写。其中包括中,英文版的肌电图教材 Johson's Practical EMG, 康复医学教科书Braddom’s PM&R textbook, 及多创性脑损伤的康复书 Polytrauma Rehabilitation。
