张东晓 (Dongxiao Zhang) 博士是美国BlueJay Mobile-Health公司的创始人，总裁兼董事长，中国江苏华泰晨光药业有限公司董事长，美国Formurex公司的创始人、董事长、兼总裁 (www.formurex.com) Epitomics 公司 ( www.epitomics.com) 的共同创始人兼副总裁，美国太平洋大学(University of the Pacific)药学院兼职教授。张博士在移动健康，生物科技和工业制药等领域有二十年科研及创业经验。之前，张博士在拜耳制药 (Bayer Corporation) 任资深研究科学家。 他1996年在美国Case Western University 获生化博士学位，在罗氏制药Roche/Genentech 公司完成博士后工作；在加利福尼亚圣玛丽 (St. Mary’s College) 商学院获管理硕士。协会会员：ACAPMR 中美康复医学协会，BayHelix百华协会，AAPS美国药业科学家协会，CBA美中药协，CABS北美华人生物医药协会。
